Thanks! As a researcher/observer, I can’t issue actual calls to action, but I can’t resist pointing out realities that beg for attention.

Susannah, great comments, & interviews per e-Patient Dave’s pointer. I particularly like the 7 word filter concept.

So, to paraphrase a bit: Lots of people are exploring online health resources, with or without the help of the providers/professionals (raising issues around quality markers & a shift in power & information asymmetries). But some people are being left out (raising issues around access & equity). Your implicit calls to action make a lot of sense.
