What an inspiring summary! Some of us trying to promote change/transformation will need to adapt these lessons and recruit the cats in our bailiwicks. Our experience is that a large hospital system has a LOT of inertia, and I&#039;m eager to learn about all the ways in which patient-friendly change can be encouraged by those of us who are not CEOs.</description>
