    Thanks, Dave!

Perfect timing — I’m presenting at the annual meeting of the National Forum for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention (http://hearthealthystrokefree.org/) tomorrow and will now work in a reference to the Connected Cardiac Care program mentioned in Joe’s current top post.

The self-tracking done by patients in that program dovetails with what Thomas Goetz has written about in The Decision Tree (and what we talked about at Friday’s #decisiontree event at the Pew Research Center: http://www.pewinternet.org/Presentations/2010/Apr/Wired.aspx).
