Nice summary of definitions of “Health 2.0” etc

Tom Van De Belt @Tom_Zorg20, Lucien Engelen @Zorg20 and others have published a nice “line in the sand” article in JIMR (the Journal of Internet Medical Research), surveying the scientific and “gray” (Web) literature to collect definitions of Health 2.0 and Medicine 2.0. They describe their methods including the search terms they used, and in Table 3 present their results. Thanks for a useful benchmark. Blog post authors cited include (Since you asked, “zorg” is the Dutch word for care, and thus for healthcare.) Twitter friends spotted as authors: Lodewijk Bos of ICMCC (listed cryptically as “Bos, L”),  Bas Bloem, Lygeia Ricciardi, Amy Tenderich, Jane Sarasohn-Kahn, John Sharp, Scott Shreve, Trisha Torrey, and Unity Stoakes. Can you spot more?
